Shogher Ainsworth created, designed and developed a licensed Personal Assistance Services Agency that has successfully specialized in helping families to keep their loved ones living independently to the maximum extent possible, whether at home or in other facilities. The idea of Companion Care For Seniors began after Mrs. Ainsworth witnessed first hand a great need in the senior community for a high level of quality care offered as a one of a kind, hands on boutique to improve vastly seniors' quality of life. She consults with families with the primary goal of helping them develop a plan of action that allows many aging seniors to maintain a healthy, productive and even enjoyable life style for a longer time than may be ordinarily expected. After identifying, educating and training a team of compassionate caregivers, Mrs. Ainsworth carefully matches them with specific senior clients to impeccably execute this strategy and has numerous satisfied stress free clients.

Before establishing this company, Mrs. Ainsworth was a caregiver who assisted seniors, many who were disabled and/or suffering from Parkinson’s, COPD, Alzheimer’s, dementia and other ailments. She helped them in meal preparation where she has specialized training in preparing diabetic and low calorie meals.  She consulted with dieticians in the development of diabetic and low calorie meals. She also helped to develop compassionate activities (games, reading, etc.) doctors’ and therapists’ visits, use of oxygen tanks, etc.

 She was an Executive Administrator to the CEO of Airport Access, Inc., that specialized in entrepreneurial ventures and in volunteer activities helping seniors and others.

 Mrs. Ainsworth spent 22 years as a Senior Administrator working in the executive offices and international divisions at Lucent Technologies and AT&T. She received many accolades for establishing new methodologies for customer interaction such as creating interaction with the senior administrative staffs of customers which facilitated the Lucent and AT&T marketing departments’ ability to consummate sales and other activities.

She is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society, member of Hackberry Creek International Women’s Association Board, volunteer activities for seniors.
